A pretty good company. Fast service. 3/30/2012

I called West Coast Roofing & Contracting, and I needed it done quickly. Amanda came down to my work and we got the papers signed. The next day they were out to my house, and by the following day they were done. She came to my work following that and collected the payment and gave me a receipt. more

Excellent, couldn't be happier. 3/29/2012

Jim with West Coast Roofing & Contracting made a point to come to my office to deliver the paperwork, which is unheard of. He managed my expectations, explained everything, and helped me with my insurance forms, when it turned out I'd have to totally redo my roof. I also had some carport issues, which they didn't cover, but Jim recommended someone to help me and orchestrated all that, which was also a good experience. I'm very happy with his willingness to go above and beyond. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone, and I already have to a couple people. more

Very knowledgeable, clean and friendly service 3/12/2012

West Coast Roofing and Contracting Inc. replaced our roof on our house and on our garage. We decided to use them for several reasons...the price was really fair, their references were good, and we really liked Jim Borst. We weren't too familiar with him before hand but we is a neighbor of ours and we had seen his truck and had heard of his work. Our neighbor highly recommended him so we decided to use him. He was very friendly and patient with us and our questions. Our experience with him and his crew was really great-one of the best group of workman I have every seen. They are polite, considerate of us, and cleaned up really well each day. We have had a few rains since the roofing job and have had no problems with it. very knowledgeable . we had shingle roof and looked into solar and metal roofs and we came back to shingles. more

Took awhile to long to get started, but did a good job. 11/8/2011

It took West Coast Roofing & Contracting a long time, almost two weeks, to get started, but when they got here they did a good job. I didn't get up on the roof to look at it, but there haven't been any leaks, but then again there hasn't been any real rain either. more

Professional and attentive! 11/7/2011

We used West Coast Roofing & Contracting for our total re-roofing job. Jim seemed very attentive and knowledgeable and came by several times and took time to answer any questions or to address concerns I had. He seemed genuinely interested in the process. Things went really smoothly and professionally! So far, so good, but we're still waiting to see how it will hold up in the first big rainstorm! more

I thought that West Coast Roofing & Contracting was wonderful. Their timing was good, though the rain wasn't so good, so they got hampered by that a little bit, but it wasn't their fault. I thought they were very good, very available, and I think they did a very nice job. more

I found West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. on the internet. I chose West Coast because they were prompt and did what they said they were going to do--so they were reliable. West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. removed my roof and installed a new roof for me. I was only on vacation for a short time so they were actually able to quote the roof and complete the job within a week, which was phenomenal. They also helped me pick out the color of the roof I should put on to match my house, and provided references of roofing that I could look at. One thing is just showing me just a shingle, and it's another providing pictures of houses with the whole roof. Definitely contact West Coast Roofing & Contracting! more

Responsive and very attentive to their customer's needs. 10/26/2011

West Coast Roofing & Contracting were pretty responsive when I had questions or called. They sent a guy back out to clean up the lawn when I called. Jim, himself, came out to do the final check-up and touch-ups so that told me they were very attentive to what we needed to have done. more

An excellent, professional relationship. 7/25/2011

I have used West Coast Roofing & Contracting for three roofs on three different houses. Let me tell you, I've gotten other estimates, and regarding price, Jim is very competitive. Then, on the service end, he surpasses everyone else I've considered. The most recent time I needed a new roof, it was raining and I was finding new leaks every day. The other vendors I called couldn't address my issue for three or four weeks. Jim had his crew out in four days. Jim has always made me a priority, and I appreciate it. This is the third time I've used him, and when he leaves I never have to call him back. That's the reason I keep hiring him. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will use West Coast again on the next job. more

On both occasions that I called WCR Jim answered promptly, and handled my roofing issues with dispatch. He is also available on email and is equally responsive to emails. Pricing is fair and the work is high quality. more

I had used West Coast Roofing before, and that's why I used them again. They replaced a bad roof both times. I was very happy with them with the work they did at another house, so when I moved I used them again. more

Fantastic! 6/3/2011

West Coast Roofing gets a 6 for timeliness! Roofs don't leak in the sunshine, so when I had a leak that came through, speed was of the essence, and they were great! I would highly recommend them to anybody. more

West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. was referred to me and I have used them a few times now. I am a general contractor and they do new roofs for me. They deliver good service and do a quality job. We are quite happy with the work West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc have done for us. They did a complete roof replacement and re-tiled our roof completely. We've seen other jobs around our neighborhood, done by other companies that we just do not like. We are happy to say that we are very pleased with our results and would absolutely use them again in the future. more

West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional and efficient. The job ended up taking an extra day to finish, but the results are great. The workers cleaned up before they left and everything looked really nice. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. more

They did what they said they would in the time stated. 1/14/2011

West Coast Roofing & Contracting came on time, and they did what they said they would do. They replaced the roof on our sun room. They did it as fast as they could given that it needed several coats. Everything was cleaned up and clean when they left. It was fine. I think they did what they said, when they said they would, and at the price quoted. You can't ask for more. more
