I have used West Coast Roofing & Contracting for three roofs on three different houses. Let me tell you, I've gotten other estimates, and regarding price, Jim is very competitive. Then, on the service end, he surpasses everyone else I've considered. The most recent time I needed a new roof, it was raining and I was finding new leaks every day. The other vendors I called couldn't address my issue for three or four weeks. Jim had his crew out in four days.
Jim has always made me a priority, and I appreciate it. This is the third time I've used him, and when he leaves I never have to call him back. That's the reason I keep hiring him. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will use West Coast again on the next job.
