Jim with West Coast Roofing & Contracting made a point to come to my office to deliver the paperwork, which is unheard of. He managed my expectations, explained everything, and helped me with my insurance forms, when it turned out I'd have to totally redo my roof.
I also had some carport issues, which they didn't cover, but Jim recommended someone to help me and orchestrated all that, which was also a good experience. I'm very happy with his willingness to go above and beyond.
All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone, and I already have to a couple people.
