This is the best place ever. Amazing prices. Amazing staff. Christopher Joseph is a five star represtative. This guy got me WHAT I WANTED. I wanted one particular Tacoma at my price range and C. Joseph got it for me with no hassle. 3 days later I'm driving in home in my 2018 Tacoma. He even offered to take a five hour round trip to deliver my truck to me. Now that's going the extra mile literally. I highly recommend the service of Christopher Joseph and Wesley Chapel Toyota to everyone. Best prices. Best service. Mike G was so helpful in helping us pick our next vehicle once our lease was up.I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership and the whole experience, but mike is one of a kind.. He listens to what you want, shows you every option and always makes sure we get a great deal! l I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for any of my vehicle needs! Wow. That's all I can say to describe the experience I had today at Wesley Chapel Toyota with my salesman Waseam Khalaf!!!!! He was above and beyond helpful. He listened to my concerns and what I needed in a vehicle and understood my limitations in finance. By far the most outstanding salesman I have EVER dealt with. If you're looking for a new or used car, GO....NAY RUN TO SEE WASEAM!!!!!!!! more

Chris had reached out to me back in September after I had put in an inquiry for a possible trade-in situation. He was trying to get me approved for the Toyota Loyalty Program, but I hadn't reached the required payments. He told me he will contact me in March and we can go from there. Sure enough after my 13th payment Chris reached out to me seeing if I was still interested in a new car. Not only was he able to work his magic and get us out of a hard situation we were in with out old car, he got us upgraded from a corolla to a RAV-4!. Chris got our interest rate down from 16%-4.9%. He was just amazing to work with and we will most certainly be working with him again. more

If you are looking for a dealer to buy your next car, look no further. We just leased our fifth vehicle from this dealership. As usual, the experience was about as good as it gets in buying a new car. The entire staff was helpful. Christopher Joseph, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable in helping us to choose the perfect Camry. The finance team was friendly and courteous. Even staff we were not directly involved would ask if you needed help with anything or just had a friendly smile. Finally, we like that the dealer includes a package with most if not all their cars which includes tinted windows, floor mats, etc. more

Waseam Khalaf made me feel assured that he was there to deliver unimaginable customer service, with me not against me. I appreciated being treated kindly and professionally throughout my time at WCT. He was very patient and was willing to explain everything thoroughly. I did not feel pressured at all like I have with past dealerships.\r I was stressed about a totaled Kia Forte I recently had bought with Kuhn (That man is terrible) I was pressured into a hefty down payment which I of course lost in the Total loss of my car, and bribed with cheap BS and a trip. Waseam made it possible for me to get out of a rental I was in for a month and worked with me to get the best deal possible for myself. I definitely would recommend WCT in the future and will definitely be coming back. Waseam Khalaf definitely gained a long lasting professional relationship and I will be sending my family and friends to him as well. Great job Wesley Chapel Toyota. And Thanks again to the wonderful group of people who helped me out with my deal. I am loving my Toyota Corolla it is safe and a great smooth ride. :) more

We stopped by on Sunday the 28th to look at vehicles . Waseam was very helpful in explaining the features of the Toyota rav4. we were just starting our search for vehicles so we left and went to another car dealership. we returned Wednesday the 31st and purchased a 2017 rav4 xle. We were treated as valued perspective clients and given space to talk over our options. never pressured or felt like we had to make a decision today .Waseam was not only very helpful, but made this a very enjoyable experience for both my wife and myself. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. I recently purchased a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Wesley Chapel Toyota. My salesman name was Tony Cuomo. He was most helpful with finding the perfect vehicle to fit my desired needs. He was certainly nice and worked in a timely manner. My past experiences purchasing a vehicle it always seemed to take forever. Tony made my buying experience very enjoyable. Marcelino Santos at Wesley Chapel Toyota was top notch. He provided my wife and I with an exceptional buying experience. Listened to our truck buying needs and placed us in the toyota tacoma that would benefit us the best. He knew the product and was straight foward and honest. A few days later I found that an included product was missing from my truck. I went to the dealership explained the situation to them and the issue was resolved on the spot. Outstanding service. I had a wonderful experience (for the 2nd time) at Wesley chapel Toyota! This particular time, I worked with Marcelino Santos - he. was. AMAZING. I can't even say enough good things about him - he never rushed me, he never pushed me, he didn't seem like a person who was just desperate to make a sale and he actually made the process fun! Marcelino truly listened to me. He spent more time than he was obligated to, making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He truly went above and beyond for me. I could not be more happy with my overall experience at WC Toyota. I will continue to return here for my vehicle needs and will absolutely refer anyone I know who is in the market for a new car! I love my new Camry so much, thank you!!! more

Great service, everyone was super friendly and we were comfortable with the atmosphere and the facility. Our service specialist Mark was really friendly and explained everything in detail with what was wrong with our car. We ended up getting a new car and our sales representative Waseam Khalaf was very helpful in staying in our budget and getting a car we really liked. We did have a minor problem with the car but Waseam was able to get it fixed for us and he gave excellent service. We had a great experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota that even one of my relatives went to buy a car there. more

This was my first vehicle from this dealership and having heard how good they were I thought I would at least stop in. I was simply blown away !!!!! Mike Grega was my salesman and I couldn't have found a more pleasant or knowledgeable contact. Very attentive to what challenges I was facing and came up with the perfect solution ! Next was the dreaded ""finance"" adventure!!! Oh no !!!! Once again, simply incredible ! !!!! Kelly Heflin was also very professional in guiding me thru this process.
