Chris had reached out to me back in September after I had put in an inquiry for a possible trade-in situation. He was trying to get me approved for the Toyota Loyalty Program, but I hadn't reached the required payments. He told me he will contact me in March and we can go from there. Sure enough after my 13th payment Chris reached out to me seeing if I was still interested in a new car. Not only was he able to work his magic and get us out of a hard situation we were in with out old car, he got us upgraded from a corolla to a RAV-4!. Chris got our interest rate down from 16%-4.9%. He was just amazing to work with and we will most certainly be working with him again.
