I am writing this review to help you. I would not want you to risk getting swindled or worse, injured or disfigured. I am a spa baby (as well as a doctor). My brother, also a doctor, is the director of a high profile medical spa (not in NY). I know what's what when it comes to treatments. Due to circumstances, I participated in Spa Week. After some research, I decided to get a facial and laser. (Like the other reviewer, I experienced the false advertising.) My facial, while very relaxing, was ineffective and left me with prominent red marks. During the laser, I enjoyed Ms. Heskett's company, but found her technique lacking. Afterwards, I was offered packages. I inquired about some of their services and found they had no idea what they were talking about! I politely refused. I spoke with J.H. the next day. The laser treatment had not worked, could I reschedule to try again? (This was coming from someone with quite a bit of experience with lasers.) I was told to wait 3 weeks and then call back if needed. I did call back. Repeatedly. I was stonewalled until after much insisting, I finally received a call back from J.H. this morning. Again, like the other reviewer, many excuses were made up as she went along, but my 2 favorites were: 1) it takes multiple treatments to get 90% hair loss so I should purchase a package, and 2) in spite of the fact that J.H. is the owner, provides the service, and remembers our conversation, it was now too late for her to keep her word. I let it go. Jame Heskett is like a used car salesman. Thank God all I lost was $50.
