I have been to numerous spas in Manhattan & I am recommending that people not service this spa. They advertise regularly for Spa Week & then regularly take back their offer. This year they advertised as part of Spa Week that you could have laser hair removal on any body part, a facial or mesotherapy. I made an appointment online to have laser hair removal on my legs & a facial as part of Spa Week (which is advertised as $50 per service). They called me to tell me that since I had been to the spa before that I couldn't participate in Spa Week. Every other Spa I contacted in NY was letting existing clients participate in Spa Week & they were welcoming and gracious in booking appointment. I decided to look up Wellpath's ad again on Spa Week & it clearly stated that the offer was good for - laser hair removal on any part of the body, a facial or Mesotherapy & it did NOT exclude existing clients. I told them this & they said that the ad was a mistake. They then said that I could have laser hair removal on my bikini or underarms since I never had that before. I corrected them & told them that I had laser hair removal on these areas at their spa but never had it on my legs. They then responded that they don't want to offer it on the leg area. I responded that then they shouldn't say in your Spa Week ad that a person can have laser hair removal on any body part since this represents false advertising.
Pros: in NYC
Cons: They don't honor their advertisements & make up excuses to try to make you pay full price
