This spa is notable for their arrogant, cold, frosty service. I have read other reviews of people who did not have their treatments done properly and when they brought up the issue, were treated badly afterwards for ""complaining"", so I know I am not the only one who had this particular bad experience with them. I think that especially for a medical spa, where one would think there would be a modicum of care in patient treatment, for the owner, Dr. Jame Heskitt, and her practitioners to be so bitchy is completely unprofessional and appalling, to say the very least. I do not recommend dealing with these people. Give your money instead to a medical team who cares about you, the patient, and treats you with respect, consideration, and good service.
