I went to Waxwerks about 15 years ago and had my car detailed. They did a pretty good job back then. In 2016 I went there again to have them tint the windows in my car. They did a good job again. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would go there again and also recommend them to other people. more

I went to Waxwerks recently to have some detailing done on my vehicle and was very happy with how the work went. The people there were very helpful, and were very good at explaining what work they were doing so we would be kept aware of what was going on. Waxwerks is local to my neighborhood. When I wanted to have the windows tinted in my car, I took it there. I got a really good price on the tinting. They did a great job. Let me start of by saying I struggle between this place and sparkling image and darring but away I went with waxwerks that was the biggest mistake I ever made I took my car there 11/1/2016 I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra never had I problem out of it but I took it there that day to get my windows tinted and a complete detail inside out and I get there today 11/2/2016 to pick up my car and notice that the car wasn't detail so my husband and I go inside and talk to the owner Mr. Ray because he was the person who initially who I talk to at the beginning but away he said they say after they tinted your windows your car wouldn't start mind you i haven't had n NO problem out of my car since I had it got it in kMay they couldn't tell me what happen to my car but the owner act like he didn't even care so I paid for my tint but while waiting on the tow truck we check out the tint job and we have a bubble in the back window so now I have to take it back so they can fix it so to end this story the owner ( Mr. Ray) do not care about his customers at lease not this one and the tint job is not that great if I have to go back so really really do your research before you choose waxwerks because if anything go wrong Mr. Ray is going to be nonchalant the situation more

I went to Waxwerks because I have two collector cars that I was displaying at a car show and I needed them to be detailed. I had heard that Waxwerks did a good job so I took them there. They did a great job detailing my cars for the show. I've told lots of people about them. I will definitely be using them again in the future. more

I always get the windows tinted the day I call, and they are always available. I've had two cars done at Waxwerks within the past year, and I've taken five or six cars at least to them over the years. I like that they are on the north side and that they have competitive pricing. One time, one of the windows was peeling and they fixed it for free. They give a lifetime warranty and I was loyal to that; if they are going to fix it for free, then I'll be loyal to them for their services. more

We have had actually probably 10 cars worked on at Waxwerks. Those have been window tinting mostly but my sons car had a sound system put in. They are always quick to fix them and get them back on the road. They are fantastic when it comes to service, they always quote us accurately and are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I have a classic Porsche 944, and Waxwerks installed a new stereo system, amplifiers, and speakers into it. The prices were adequate, but definitely worth while. They were fantastic. I dropped the car off one day, and it was ready by the next afternoon. They did an excellent job. I could not have asked for better quality. more

I made an appointment with Waxwerks to tint my windows. The work took less time than I had expected. They finished in an hour and they had quoted about two. I dealt with the manager, and that was a good experience. He was friendly and easy to deal with. The customer service was good and so was the work. Waxwerks recently tinted the windows in my car. I had worked with them once before to replace and tint a window. The work was very good both times, but I was very disappointed with the customer service I recently received. In order to work on the inside of my car, they unbuckled my daughter's car seat without telling me and her seat slid in the back seat when I was driving the next day. When I called the supervisor, he responded that the technician had noted the car seat was unbuckled on the receipt and that the company was not responsible for buckling the car seat back in when their work was complete. The supervisor was very rude and there was no note on my receipt. The work is good, but make sure you ask a lot of questions before the work is done and the technicians leave. more

The quality of the work at Waxwerks is outstanding! The first time they cleaned the windows, the guy missed the brow, so they sent him back out to get that part. It had been added to the order later on, so perhaps that did not get communicated to the garage. My only other comment is that I wish their waiting area were a bit more conducive to working remotely (perhaps some tables to put your laptop on would be nice.) more

I went to Waxwerks when I wanted to install a "push to start" feature for my car and, even though I am pleased with the work they did and the fact that the feature works, I wasn't that happy with the amount of time it took. Originally, they told me it would take three hours, but it ended up taking five. However, their prices were competitive and I would use them again. more

Waxwerks is an excellent company. I know a few people in the auto business and have a number of choices when it comes to car repair, but Waxwerks is my favorite. They redid my windshield and the windshields of many members of my family. Normally the process takes a while but they were able to see us quickly and had the projects done fast. Their prices are mid range, but the quality they offer is far above what you can expect from other companies. more

I've been going to Waxwerks for a few years now, and I have never had any issues with anything they've done. I've had them do multiple car detailing jobs as well as some work on a remote starter, and everything has been pretty good. I especially like their pricing. I will continue to go back to them in the future. more
