Waxwerks recently tinted the windows in my car. I had worked with them once before to replace and tint a window. The work was very good both times, but I was very disappointed with the customer service I recently received. In order to work on the inside of my car, they unbuckled my daughter's car seat without telling me and her seat slid in the back seat when I was driving the next day. When I called the supervisor, he responded that the technician had noted the car seat was unbuckled on the receipt and that the company was not responsible for buckling the car seat back in when their work was complete. The supervisor was very rude and there was no note on my receipt. The work is good, but make sure you ask a lot of questions before the work is done and the technicians leave.
