1970 Overton Install and Service 1/30/2019

The entire Watts team did a terrific job. On time, on budget, no problems -- even with removing the old air conditioner and installing a new one in tight quarters. The indoor environment is already much better. Luke really knows his stuff and is a great teacher! more

Great Service! 12/24/2018

Luke Watts fixed our furnace, and minimized our cost via contacting Carrier first, obtaining warranty coverage for a problem with heat exchanger. For a mere $500, we have an essentially rebuilt furnace. more

Excellent service 12/12/2018

Luke Watts came out to my home for an emergency furnace repair. He quickly had my furnace up and running. He was fast and very professional. I will definitely use this company again for any future heating or cooling needs. more

If you require any heating or cooling needs, please do not hesitate to call Watts Heating and Cooling. Luke has been our main contact since we had an installation by them in 2011. We could not be happier with their continued service. Our last experience was not our furnace; but of all things a yellow jacket nest completely covering inlet combustion air and a mud dobber nest in the exhaust! Therefore, our furnace would not kick on on a cool morning! Luke terminated all remaining live insects, completely removed all nests and debris! Furnace was then operational! It only took minutes for Luke to diagnose the problem and was thorough in getting the problem taken care of. We are happy to have Watts a part of our family!!! more

Service 7/18/2018

Luke came out at 8:00 the next after I called for service of my non-working air conditioner.He got it up and running and gave me my options going forward for my 37 year old Lenox system.Very professional and is letting me make my own decision how I want to proceed. While he was here he found multiple gas leaks in my furnace which most likely could have had a bad outcome had he not found them and turned off the gas to the furnace. more

Amazing professionalism 7/13/2018

Very seldom do i write reviews but i was compelled to do so in this case. Last month i had an air conditioner and air purifier installed by Josh and Frank. Not only was the installation performed with great care and expertise, but these are truly great guys to work with. Not only was i impressed with the work performed, i was impressed with their kindness, enthusiasm and sharp wit. Your team is a true asset to your company and deserve all the necessary accolades. House is livable again! 7/10/2018

Josh & Frank from Watts Heating & Cooling installed a new AC unit for us. They were on time, friendly, worked diligently while keeping us informed of the process, and were very respectful of the fact that we have a very anxious dog. Our house is now cool and livable again! Yay! I would highly recommend Watts! Their customer service is always at the right temperature! (Haha! See what I did there??) more

Post roofing inspection of HAVC Maintainence of water heaters/flushing and inspection 7/9/2018

I enjoyed working with this friendly company. I was quoted a price for the service at point of making service appointment, I was quoted a time frame for the usual and customary time to complete the service, and the service man arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgable, and respectful of my home. I will call them in the future for my hot water heaters maintenance and service. If I didn't already have a contract/maintenance for my furnace/air conditioner I would call these guys! I highly recommend this company. more

Luke was straight up honest with us. He told us costs to fix our AC unit vs purchasing a new one. We discussed both options at length. He was knowledgeable about the products. He was efficient in getting to the root of the problem as well as putting things back together before he left. more

New Installation 6/21/2018

Josh and Frank were great! The biggest thing we appreciated was their asking of our opinions on options and placements. We were kept in the loop of things throughout the instal and were given a complete walkthrough of everything we needed to know at the end. They also showed up on time and finished the job on time, kept the work area clean and were professional. more
