A Very Satisfied Customer 6/18/2018

I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Josh and Frank did to install my new HVAC system, with a new gas furnace, central air conditioner, and mini-split ductless unit. They were on time, neat, easy to get along with, helpful, and knew their stuff. They explained things clearly and even helped set up my new gas dryer. I am looking forward to many years of satisfaction with the equipment they installed. more

Dampers 5/21/2018

Luke and Mike came out to our home to look at one of our heating and cooling systems that was not functioning. They were very kind upon arrival and got right to work. They were very efficient and got the problem and repair done very quickly. Neither of them minded all my questions and they took time to show us the problems and the systems. more

Furnace and air conditioner installation 5/19/2018

It has been a pleasure working with Mark, Andrew and all of the staff at Watts Heating & Cooling. We have been using this company for maintenance on our units for many years and have always been very happy with their service. When we decided to replace our furnace and air conditioner there was no question as to the company we would use. Mark and Andrew were pleasant, professional and always on time. I will recommend Watts Heating to family and friends. more

One Year check up on our new furnace by Bubba Watts, arrived on time for service call was professional and fast. He also retrieved several empty boxes from the attic so I could recycle them. Very nice young man. Thank you more

They called the day before to confirm the appointment. Tanner showed up on time for the appointment, pinpointed the problem quickly, advised me of my options and then finished the job. Very satisfied with the outcome and overall service. more

Tanner Watts did an outstanding job getting my aircon. to work again. he explained everything to me and was in no rush to finish until I understood all he did. if I could give more then a 5 stars I would.. they have my business from now on.... more

This the third time we have used Watts Heating, Tanner was the Service Tech on two of the occassions. He is a very intelligent, competent, and personable individual. We are very satisfied with his work, as well as Watts Heating and Cooling. I would have no reservations about refering Watts and/or Tanner to anyone in need of their services. more
