If you require any heating or cooling needs, please do not hesitate to call Watts Heating and Cooling. Luke has been our main contact since we had an installation by them in 2011. We could not be happier with their continued service. Our last experience was not our furnace; but of all things a yellow jacket nest completely covering inlet combustion air and a mud dobber nest in the exhaust! Therefore, our furnace would not kick on on a cool morning! Luke terminated all remaining live insects, completely removed all nests and debris! Furnace was then operational! It only took minutes for Luke to diagnose the problem and was thorough in getting the problem taken care of. We are happy to have Watts a part of our family!!!
