As a new Mercedes Benz owner, I feel that the service and representation you demonstrate is genuine and is much appreciated. It is a pleasure dealing with someone who is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the product he represents. I have returned to Walter’s a few times now and you make me feel special each time I visit the dealership. One usually doesn’t see this once the product has been purchased. I was very satisfied with the service 7/15/2011

This was my first time to Walters for service. I was very satisfied with the service. Everything was done that was supposed to be done, unlike BMW service, and I was pleasantly suprised how easy it was to get my car serviced there. You have earned my future business. Thank you. more

We brought our 2003 ML 350 in today (without an appointment)and your dealership responded thoughtfully, and truly professionally. Hat's off to the Service Advisor Rod Carry. He greeted us from beginning to end. When we arrived almost 8 hours later he came out to see us off. Thank you! We will be back... more

The experience was a great one kevin was knowledgeable and was not your normal pushy salesman but made every effort to answer every question and make himself available in person and by phone he got us a great deal and would recommend this dealership to anyone thank you for the experience im sure well enjoy the car and the great service im sure we will get thank you again more
