I recommend Walker's Furniture.Our family moved cross country to Spokane with relief in finding Walker's Furniture Store! We have a few rooms to gradually furnish in our new home. As soon as we entered Walker's Furniture we gravitated to attractive and comfortable room displays with distinctive styles that matched our lifestyle and aesthetics. On top of that, our saleswoman, Anna, personalized our whole shopping experience even knowing that we weren't going to be making a purchase on our first visit. Upon request she literally drew out interior design ideas to match the dimensions of our rooms and to collaborate with our preferences. She also printed out color photos of our most interested pieces and formulated a detailed price quote for us to take home and think over. Now that we've saved up for our purchases we can't wait to make a special weekend of returning to Walker's Furniture to purchase our favorites with sales events to top it off!\r Thank you, Walker's Furniture! more

My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress and were never acknowledged by any of the four employees chatting behind the counter. We waited around for 20 minutes and I finally had to go break up their conversation to get some help. Somebody took 60 seconds to ""run a credit check"", (from my experience it takes more time to do this) and let us know we couldn't get financing for 400 dollars despite the fact that we had 600 dollars in cash as a down payment. After checking in at our bank we were told there was nothing wrong with our credit, in fact we had an excellent credit score and they couldn't understand why Walker's would deny our request. I don't understand either. Between the rude sales associates and fake credit checks I would never recommend this store to anyone. Go to Mattress Land instead. We did. They were very helpful AND we were approved for financing. Pros: Nothing Cons: Poor service more
