My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress and were never acknowledged by any of the four employees chatting behind the counter. We waited around for 20 minutes and I finally had to go break up their conversation to get some help. Somebody took 60 seconds to ""run a credit check"", (from my experience it takes more time to do this) and let us know we couldn't get financing for 400 dollars despite the fact that we had 600 dollars in cash as a down payment. After checking in at our bank we were told there was nothing wrong with our credit, in fact we had an excellent credit score and they couldn't understand why Walker's would deny our request. I don't understand either. Between the rude sales associates and fake credit checks I would never recommend this store to anyone. Go to Mattress Land instead. We did. They were very helpful AND we were approved for financing.
