MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICE!
I found Walk In Web Store (in California) from an ad they had on craigslist for my boss. We told them upfront we were pressed time and needed a design very quick. We emailed the designer examples of ads we had previously used and liked to give the better direction. We even emailed them a few designs we did't like to give them good direction. Both the owner and designer confirmed the timeline was not a problem and the design quality and style were also not a problem. They gave us a price we did not question or negotiate it and they started the work. When they sent the design back to us it was so remedial and amature like we were shocked! The design looked like a person without any good graphic skill did it. We emailed them exactly how we felt and called them to let them know how disappointed we were. This is where the real problem starts!! The designer seemed to be a real nice kid(just not a good graphic designer) but the owner was so rude and obnoxious. He told me what do you expect on short notice and he was doing me a favor. He went on to agree not to charge us and claims since I didn't pay them I can't have a valid gripe about there services. Wake up business owner!! He said we never paid for the services, they had our credit card and chose not to charge us. We have the phone calls recorded disproving everthing he claims. The owner then went a posted a review about our business on yelp(thats says "They Suck")- Goes to show you the type of business owner this man is. He is so arrogant and really stupid beacuse he wrote the review for our business under the same name he posted a review raving how good walk in web store is as if he was a customer. The designer also emailed me saying his boss is not paying him for his time and he is now worried about loosing is job! I am pretty sure it is illegal not to pay any employee for time they have worked. Stay away from this business they are a real scam and have the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
