WELLS FARGO BANK NA

The worst managers in the world at this bank. Have been a WF business client for 14 years. I get treated like a criminal at this branch by uncaring CSM's and Ass. vice pres. I had to go to another branch to complete my routine banking functions. So if you value your dignity and want to be treated like a valued customer, stay away from this branch...In particular a sub-human named M. Nunez, who's pea brain couldn't negotiate its way out of a paper bag. She gets off on lauding her perceived power of profiling over customers she finds objectionable to her standards of scrutiny. Lets just say reverse discrimination is alive and well at this WF branch...I will never set foot in there again and am seriously thinking of pulling my business from WF for good. more

My New Years Resolution for 2007 is to save money. I am great at the spending, but not so great at the saving. Since I have checking and savings accounts with Wells Fargo Bank, I will start adding to my savings account every month. I read that you are to pay yourself first then the bills and other expenditures. Those expenditures include eating out, clothes, and groceries. Oh dear! We do love dining in local restaurants and shopping at a grocery store frequently. But, the idea is to save money - so I must begin! I have been a customer of Wells Fargo's since 1971. I have never changed banks because they have always served me well. No need to change when you already have a good thing! Right now, I save $25.00 each paycheck. It is time to double that amount. Then never, never touch that money. It will only be for "real" emergencies. Isn't budgeting fun? I would rather get that new couch at Lazy-Boy or the shoes I saw at Penney's, but I guess you can't consider those things an emergency. Pillows on the floor will suffice, and the shoes in my closet I never wore as yet will get me by for awhile! I can already tell that this New Years resolution is going to be very hard to keep up all year long. I better start thinking more positive than that if I am going to make this work! more

I have banked at Wells Fargo since 1977. I haven't had one problem with them in all of those years. And, now, I am a Premier Customer. For young people, I suggest you begin with this bank. Start investing in Wells Fargo Investments, increase your savings account, have a direct deposit to your checking, and never bounce a check. Then when you are older, you can be a Premier Customer also. There are many advantages to this honor. You have a special teller in the bank just for Premier, and you don't have to wait in the long lines. You get free checks and on-line banking. There is a special phone number for Premier banking service. And the list goes on. They have had other specials like this in the past years that I have been with them, which I have taken advantage of, so they definitely do honor their loyal customers, if you stick with them for a long time. For the other people who already bank with Wells Fargo, I recommend you check out Premier Banking. It is recommended by Wells Fargo that you go in once-a-year and review your accounts with them, because you never know what you will qualify for. That is what happened to us. If we hadn't gone in to take some money out of our savings, we would not have found out that we have been qualifying for Premier Banking for quite-a-while and didn't know it. more
