What an amazing find! The nightly specials are so delicious. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant. We will be returning every time we are in the St Louis area. Make sure to read the family story in the menu. The eclectic mismatched furniture and dinnerware adds a fun atmosphere. Wonderful wine selection as well. Do not miss this gem! The food was excellant, our waiter was very nice, and the place was charming. I would suggest this place to anyone who loves great food! The menu had us all laughing. Low carb delights! Even a low carb marg! The menu is quite humorous but order the nightly specials! You'll soon see why there are so many regular customers to this out-of-the-way place. The chairs don't match, coffee cups don't match, wine list is fabulous. You certainly won't go away hungry! more

We have been twice and this has become our favorite restraunt in all of St Louis. The moment you walk in the door of the old house-restaurant, you are greeted by a friendly host/hostess. We arrived a little early, so we were directed to the bar upstairs, where you will be asked by the owner if you would like to have the second best margarita in the world. For appetizers they offer some great choices, including grilled shrimp, wrapped in bacon. They have a menu, but I recommend ordering from one of their many specials. I had the prime rib with a horseradish sauce and my wife had the filet mingon with a brandy cream sauce, both were excellent. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeble. The bill was about $70 including drinks. It is a great place to bring out-of-town guests or anytime you want a great meal. Highy recommended!!! more
