Robin McBee is an AMAZING hair stylist! She listened to everything I wanted and gave great suggestions and I ended up with the BEST hair cut I have ever had. it doesn't matter who you go to you will get wonderful color / haircut results from the staff. they are truely remarkable and the best part is that they dooooo enjoy their jobs and the dedication they take to meeting your beauty needs. This salon doesn't even deserve 1 star. I grew up going to Visible Changes. My mom, sister and I all went to visible changes. That is until they ruined my wedding day. I talked about my wedding day hair with my hair dresser ever since I started college. Finally the day had come! My mother got her hair done earlier that day and confirmed with my hair dresser that she was doing my hair that evening. As my air brush make up was being applied Visible Changes calls me saying they need to bump me back 30 minutes. Not to mention my sister was her next appointment so that would bump her back 30 minutes. Yikes, it went downhill from there! They didn't double book me, the apt before me was really for an up-do. The lady I had been going to all of my life could have said no, I can't do this I have Rachel's wedding hair next and I won't have enough time. Nope, that didn't happen. She took the job and made me wait. Wait on my wedding day! Everyone knows you are a schedule the day of your wedding! I was furious and extremely disappointed. Of course I was emotional. I had to remove my fake eyelashes from crying and re-apply makeup because the tears ruined the air brush make up I just paid for. Veronica has been cutting and styling my hair for 8 years. She is always friendly, easy to talk to, honest about what will and won't work for your hair type and face. She also never rushes, even when I am the last customer before she leaves. Veronica makes sure I truly like what my hair looks like before I leave the chair. When she went on maternity leave, I went somewhere else to get my hair cut. It was such a bad cut, as soon as she was back I had her fix it. Veronica is just all around awesome! Cindy Nicasio is a very sweet,talkative girl who knows what she is doing! For along time I would not let anyone touch my hair. My hairstylist moved out of town and I had no choice but to find someone else, I had seen a business card with Cindy's name and tried her out. Now she is the only one who touches my hair! I have always wanted to find that perfect hair stylist. I actually just let my hair grow for a while because i could not find anyone that could cut my hair cute and the way i wanted it while making it stylish at the same time. Then i was referred to Xzavier and WOW! I finally found the perfect stylist. Xzavier always makes my hair look Awesome and up to date and the most important thing is that he knows how to style my hair to fit my face. I give him an idea and he makes it amazing and sometimes i just tell him to do whatever and it looks amazing too. I would recomend Xzavier to anyone out there that wants a GEORGOUS hair style and someone cool to to talk to. I've been going to Visible Changes for years now and exclusively the Memorial location for the last 10 and have always received excellent customer service and great haircuts. I've tried those quick cut joints now and again and they just don't measure up to the professionalism and consistency in styling I get from Visible changes and their all star staff. No matter which stylist may have an opening to fit my schedule I can be assured a great hair cut.
