Anyone who knows the hairdresser she is talking about (Blanca) knows that everything she said about her is not true. Blanca knows her stuff, and is a very, very sweet person. Its unfortunate that she had a bad wedding day, but dont blame it on your hair stylist. Mistakes happen. Even on wedding days. GET OVER IT!!! more

This salon doesn't even deserve 1 star. I grew up going to Visible Changes. My mom, sister and I all went to visible changes. That is until they ruined my wedding day. I talked about my wedding day hair with my hair dresser ever since I started college. Finally the day had come! My mother got her hair done earlier that day and confirmed with my hair dresser that she was doing my hair that evening. As my air brush make up was being applied Visible Changes calls me saying they need to bump me back 30 minutes. Not to mention my sister was her next appointment so that would bump her back 30 minutes. Yikes, it went downhill from there! They didn't double book me, the apt before me was really for an up-do. The lady I had been going to all of my life could have said no, I can't do this I have Rachel's wedding hair next and I won't have enough time. Nope, that didn't happen. She took the job and made me wait. Wait on my wedding day! Everyone knows you are a schedule the day of your wedding! I was furious and extremely disappointed. Of course I was emotional. I had to remove my fake eyelashes from crying and re-apply makeup because the tears ruined the air brush make up I just paid for. I have been going to see Connie for 6yrs. now, and have not ever had a problem. She colors my hair just the way I request it no matter what color I choose, I have always been happy with her service. Thanks Connie! I'll be seeing you soon!! Cons: It's 30 minutes from my house but, worth it !! more

I am always pleased with the cut I get from Lilliana. I have been told by numerous stylists that my hair is very difficult to cut, and based on past results, I guess I have to agree with them. She is always very meticulous, and never in a rush to get me out of the chair. Her attention to detail never fails to impress me. The support staff at the salon are always friendly, and the ability to book appointments online at even the last minute is a great service. The tenure of such talent at Lilliana at Visible Changes speaks volumes about the company. Keep up the great work. more

Brandon is the best stylist at VC. He's got a gift for cutting and styling hair. I've been going to him for years now and I can honestly say, I'll never go to anyone else. I'm very picky on how my hair is styled and cut and he always knows exactly what to do. I'll follow him to the end of the world. B, you're the best!!!! more

No one is allowed to touch my hair except BRANDON!! He is truely an exceptional stylist. I do recommend him to everyone i know. I consider my hair difficult to manage, no one ever gets it right except BRANDON!!!!My hair has never looked this fantastic! every time! I never wait for appointments. He is always available. Being tired of sitting for hours on end in the ""traditional salon"" to get the latest hair styles, I decided to try the mall. I went to Greenspoint looking for a salon called Trade Secrets, however it was not there, so I decided to walk around and came across Visible Changes. I made the appointment and first saw a very pleasant and soft spoken young lady by the name of PILI. She styled my hair really good, however, I needed an appointment when she was off, so I ended up seeing JESSICA. She is a jewel. She is the ultimate professional. My hair is thinning and she didn't hesitate to recommend the Nioxin Hair, Nail & Skin vitamins. I don't like a lot of product in my hair that tend to weigh it down and she understands and does her thing weekly, making suggestions as needed. I have been getting my hair done at VC for approx 1 year now and I LOVE IT. The staff , from the shampoo assistants (especially Shante) to the management team provides exceptional customer service always. I would highly recommend Going to Visible changes at Greenspoint. Great service!!! I have been going to this location for a couple of months now! At times when visiting other locations I feel rushed as if I was just a Number ... but at this location I felt at Home...!!! I LOVED MY HAIR CUT!!!! Jessica is the BOMB! She always ensures that my hair is fashionable and HEALTHY. She was recently ""displaced"" and worked at other salons after Hurricane Ike. I am very picky about my hair and have used the same stylist for 7+ years. However, I decided to give VC at Greenspoint a chance because of its close proximity to my job (I can go on my lunch hour). I asked for a top stylist and was referred to Marabel. I am very pleased with my haircut. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and we came to a mutual understanding of what I desired.
