I took my 2008 Corvette in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I enjoy building hot rods and restoring old cars, so I know a thing or two about them. I also know that there are places out there that see a Corvette and instantly decide that they can hit you up for a couple of thousand. I thought that I had a cracked valve stem, because I couldn't find any punctures in the tire. I was prepared for the worst, as a new tire is about 300 bucks. They found that dirt had worked its way in between the tire and the rim, and that was causing the leak. They fixed it. For 20 bucks. They also balanced the tire (I have lifetime balancing there), and they were fast and courteous doing it. Also, and this is a big deal to me, they didn't suggest thousands of repairs that I didn't need. I hate taking my car anywhere, but when I do, I feel that I can trust Virginia Tire and Auto.
