good customer service and great hrs. 4/3/2014

I called because another shop stripped a bolt on the suspension when i switched to my winter setup. I installed 3 of the 4 coilovers and had to call for professional help. The service manager gave me a good price and got the job done in about 1.5hrs. more

Needed state inspection. Was in line for a long time. 2 hours or so, but it was on a Sunday. Got the approval sticker. Sunday! What was I thinking!!!!! more

In and out very quickly 3/19/2014

My engine cover underneath my car came loose from all of the snow we've been having and Goodyear was very busy on Friday and after I waited a period of time and they could not schedule me that day they ended up getting all done before the next snow day and did not charge me. I was so overjoyed because I am poor and have an old car with over 300,000 miles a Toyota Corolla that I use for courier work and I was afraid that my car would break down with Medical Specimens on board. So thank you very much for your generosity and for the free ride home until my car got fixed. I really appreciate the service and I will return for my next mechanical need and certainly will refer my friends and neighbors...Again, thank you and God Bless. Mike Zollner more

Excellent service 3/18/2014

I had two problems. A slow tire leak was discovered and fixed promptly. The other problem, a high-pitched background noise, was harder to pin down, but the staff spent quite a bit of time and energy to identify the source. Jeff took the time to explain the source of the problem to me with a recommendation to wait until, and if, it gets worse. more
