Honesty! 1/22/2014

After dropping our car off and having them do a diagnostic test, they called to inform us the problem could be fixed by the dealership for free because it was under warranty...they could easily have fixed the problem and charged us for it! Love their honesty! more

waited 30 minutes while first in line for inspection/emissions-must have been someone's break. Forgot coupon at home so I couldn't save a few bucks-should give customer the discount anyway. more
