Good location, good mechanical service, average service advisor service. You have always been great about advising me what needed to be serviced on the auto. This time it was not until after the service, it was mentioned about rotating the tires. Since I am a non automotive person I need sincere and honest help. more

Getting better but not there yet! 9/18/2013

Good check-in, good tire service but still had an issue when I picked up my truck. The technician left the paper floor mat in my truck and was still there upon check-out. I don't need the floor mat and makes me think if technican leaves that in my truck what else has he forgotten to do! more

i had a coupon for tires, but were not my size/in the end; i got better tires from bridge stone-fusion. great, all season tire. i will be back for brakes, brake pads and routes. more

Needed it done 9/13/2013

Oil Change, tire rotation and Emissions. Dropped the car off, they did a great job and Richard even came and got me from home to take me back over to pick up the car. Fantastic! more

Quality Service! Varying Price? 9/6/2013

Always have great service, but service time is usually +30 mins of what they estimate. Also, have had some reps charge me for extra oil while others have not???? Cost for Additional oil is almost 50% of total service cost, but the service is always done right.... guess you pay for what you receive. more

The staff have grown to recognize my face and they do their best to take care of my car and get me back on the road as cost effectively, safely and quickly as possible. They don't hesitate to help reduce costs for parts or labor where they can. more

The Service is so efficient and the employees are so professional! 9/3/2013

Both the mechanic that handled my sticker and the new guy at the register (his name slips me now - maybe james? I called him Richard, but he was new and had on Richard's uniform because his had not arrived yet) - were so efficient I was thoroughly pleased. The new guy pulled up my account quickly, entered my oil change, I sat down and before I knew it, they were calling my name - my car was finished. Love it... more

Honest safety inspector 9/2/2013

2007 Honda Odyssey failed tire and rear break Pads in one Auto shop. I decided to take the Van to VA auto tire in Gainesville for a second oppinion. After Inspector Samuel diagnosed the VAN, He showed me only the rear two tires failed safety inspection. The break pads are still in spec. I would like to recognize inpsector Samuel Agyin for his professionalism. I will definitely recommend VA auto tire in Gainesville. more

I only go to V I only go to VA Tire of Gainesville & always am pleased with my experience there. Yesterday, my sister went to VA Tire for emissions & inspection as I am ill. She was impressed with her visit: clean restrooms, coffee, reading materials for customers, helpful staff. My sister (from NY) was also impressed by her experience at VA Tire. more

Good Customer Service. 9/1/2013

Overall good customer service. However, I always know that I will be presented with a long list of items that need to be fixed every time I take my older commuter car there for service. This includes non-value added items such as fuel additives. I appreciate they are in the business to make money, but they take it to the extreme. I would like them to point out the major items that require service but not to the point where we are trying to make a 14 year old car new again. more

Fast and thorough 8/31/2013

Everyone was polite and helpful. They suggested additional repairs that I was not aware needed attention. I like the shuttle service, didn't have to wait long going in either direction. Good service. Would have been nice to know in advance that the repair would have my truck smelling nasty for a while with the windows down. more
