I get so annoyed with people who say they're disappointed with the food here. It's authentic, it tastes just like it does over in Italy. If you're coming here for Spaghetti and Meatballs like your American mom made when you were little or Penne Vodka you get at every "italian" restaurant, you're going to be disappointed because the chef's not making American Italian food. What he does is truly remarkable, his pastas are cooked to perfection and dishes aren't masked in sauces. He lets the flavors of the ingredients shine through, if you order pasta it's going to taste like pasta, not some cardboard overdone pasta drenched in marinera. If you're looking for a real experience, good people, great wine, and fantastic food go to Vino Olio. If you're looking for fet alfredo, go to the Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill.
