Very unprofessional. I ordered through grub hub and no one contacted me to allow me to know that they didn't have any turkey chops. Victoria's Kitchen didn't contact me and I was waiting for my food that I ordered since 4:30. I had to contact the store to ask where my food was.at around 6:00. So very unprofessional. No compensation for there mishap..nothing. That isn't the way you conduct business. more

love everything here can't go wrong with too much. The Crabby Patty could stand to be more filling with the cost. Otherwise, there isn't one item on the menu that I haven't enjoyed. more

I ordered online at 11:00 in the morning. I received two phone calls within 25 minutes from Victoria's Kitchen. The first call was to inform me that they did not have turkey meat for the turkey burgers nor any butter cream cake. I gave a replacement order for the turkey burger. A few minutes later, second phone call informed me that the delivery truck had not come yet and therefore, no chicken wings! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have called and they are out of items, regardless of the time of day. Also, the wait time for delivery can be up to 2 hours. Most of the time, it is a minimum 75 minutes wait. Very disappointed! more

Food was tasty, and delivery was quicker than expected. I ordered the fish platter with candied yams and smashed potato salad. I am looking forward to ordering again, you get a lot for what you pay and service was good. more
