I moved to Brooklyn not to long ago, and I needed some service on my car. I didn't know where to go so I went on-line and I found Verrazano here. I read an article that cutomers wrote and they all praised this shop, so I decided to go there. It was like being at my old mechanic shop back where I'm from. I loved it. The owner was nice and polite. I really believe he gave me an honest price and treated me fairly. I think Verrazano Auto Service is the new name of the shop, but Mikey is still the owner. I?ve used this Facility on a number of occasions for my NYS inspection and also some minor repairs because i have a fairly new vehicle. I can honestly say that in my experience the service is 10/10. I basically dropped my car off and arranged for them to call me when they had carried out the Inspection. Pros: Honest .Clean, Knowledge Cons: Needs more chairs in waiting area..)))) way too many people more

I live in bayridge for almost all my life and never used this place untill i broke down on belt pkway on Nov.21 and had to tow my vehicle to this repair facility. First thing i noticed was that there was no room at the site. It was full of cars with open hoods. Pros: Honesty Cons: waiting room is kind of small more

Simply the best, most straightforward, honest shop in Brooklyn. My family has been using this shop and Mike's other locations and their serious expertise since the 2002, to work on 3 Mercedes vehicles, 2 VW cars and soon my Lexus LS. Mike fixed dealer screw-ups for me on more than one occasion. Tired of the lies, the runaround and your engine maintenance light coming on a few weeks after your repairs so the dealer can get you for another $500? Go see Mike; we trust him completely, and have sent many friends and family their way Pros: clean shop,clean witing room with fresh coffee and MIKE with a smiling face.... I could not say enough about this guy Mike... I know first hand by hearing and seeing this man in action. There's not a thing this man doesn't know and if by chance he is just a little in doubt he will find out. Best out there. Thank-you to people like you,feel bad for those who dont get you... Estimate was close to 2 grand from local dealership. Einstein (mike ) handled it close to 45 mnts.and the bill was 89 buck....yesss you didnt read it wrong it was only 89.00 bucks...my love,my regards and friendship to you mike ..god bless you... Pros: 45 mnts waiting is not enough to see all the pros. more
