This company is absolutely unreliable! Avoid at all cost. They are not truthful and do not honor their commitments, whether in writing or made by phone. Left our tour stranded in New York in June, before switching from 2 sleeper tour buses to one regular coach a day later, after much cajoling and having been paid in full in advance. They claim their sub contractor did not honor its commitment, even though said subcontractor was adamant about not having been paid, nor having committed to them. They keep apologizing. Promised to cover the additional costs and to return part of the advance payment within 7 business days (over a month ago, in writing), but needless to say, nothing received. Even their attorney does not reply our attorney. Only aim is to stall. They can not be trusted. Certainly not by the music industry. Avoid and help make this known so that others do not have the same problems! more

I should have read these reviews cause then I wouldn't have wasted 2 weeks in trying to book a bus. I contacted them asking for quote which was pretty reasonable considering they would have to travel from AZ to CA. I talked to them briefly on the phone to understand what the steps were in order to book a bus and the final result was just email Brandon Fulton back with confirmation that we were going to reserve it and they would send over a contract shortly. I waited a day and then contacted again and was told by him that a contract is on it's way. Then 3 more days go by and he tells me they don't have a driver so they will let us know. I contact them the next day asking if they found one he contacts me back a day later saying just want to confirm it was for 5,000 I go yes will the contract be coming he sends me an email saying thanks. I'm think what is that a yes, no. Finally He sends me an email of an invoice and says fill this out. Fill what out? There is no place for a signature or any information. I send an email with no response and then he contacts me asking if I still needed the bus with only 2 days before we need to take off. Needless to say we went another company who was fabulous, professional, and quick to respond. My overall question is, how does a company like this stay afloat in this economy when it's obvious they could careless about how they treat the paying customer more

Our company has used USA Bus Charter for several years across the USA. It is very convenient to have a one stop service that can assist with all of your bus charter needs anywhere. The representative that I have worked with is always helpful and willing to work with me as best as they can. I have never had any problems and have rented more than 10 charters already. I will keep using them knowing that they are here to help and have a 24 hour emergency answering service.. I understand there is always the posability of breakdowns and 1 out of 10 would not ruin my relations ship with USA Bus Charter. Bottom line they area five star rating company.\r \r AL more

I'm not sure why others on here have written the reviews they have. Our school has used USA Bus Charter several times since 2005 and we have always received exceptional service. Their service is similar to that of Hotels (dot) com in that they don't own the hotels and USA Bus Charter does not own the buses, they make this perfectly clear in their contract. What they do for us is provide us with hassle free reservations and support and some of the best pricing around. Yes, if there is a problem they do get involved and try and rectify it but buses are mechanical and sometimes things happen. We've been fortunate that over the past 4 rentals we have had, the largest issue was a toilet that stopped working after a 4 day trip but was quickly repaired. USA Bus Charter is our one stop source for the best buses nationwide, thanks guys. more

This Company is unreliable,untrustworthy and not honest. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that actually owns and operates their own buses. USA will 'arrange' a bus for you and then not take any responsibility for anything that goes on with the bus. I charted a bus through this company and when I encountered serious repair issues they said the sub contracted bus company had to deal with the issues. In fact I didn't get the courtesy of a return call or email response while the bus was broken down on the side of a road. Run far and fast from USA Bus Charter. Call any other bus company for help. DO NOT and I mean do not deal with USA Bus Charter you will be highly disappointed and probably broke if you do. This is a 'no star' company. ""EH"" is too good a rating for their prices, services and responsiveness. more

Though their price is probably the lowest, don't use them. Horrible communication, misleading information, and they're all about making some $$$$. Used them two years ago and they changed my contract so that the service was exactly $2000 dollars more expensive. Said it was an error and there was nothing they could do; I had the original contract to prove the original quote. At that point I had no choice but to pay. Very slick. I should get a lawyer...but this review will have to do. Also terrible communication. Antonio is the worst. Pay a bit more for a company with a good reputation.\r \r more

My fiancee and I were getting married in Mexico and paid (in advance) over $1000 for a bus service to transport our wedding guests from their hotel to the wedding site. The driver never showed. We called him and he said he could not find the address. The address was a mega resort complex in the city...and the driver had both of our cell phones. We had to call him. Also...he never showed up to pick us up after the wedding ended to transport our guests back. My new father-in-law spent a good portion of his daughter's wedding trying to arrange alternate transportation. We contacted USA Bus Charter Inc. and were told we would get a full refund. We did not receive the money. We contacted them again to find out what the hold up was. They informed us that they would not be giving us a refund because the driver was not given the correct address (not true...we have a copy of the contract). We were also told by the employee handling our account that the dispatcher in Mexico claims that he was told (presumably by us) not to come pick us up after the wedding and that was why they could not refund us the money for the bus service.\r \r This is of course untrue. I wonder how many clients pay for a service and then decide to cancel it...all the while having to pay additional fees out of their own pocket for a last-minute replacement service? Fact of the matter: we said no such thing. I believe that the dispatcher/driver provided these details to USA Bus Charter in an attempt to avoid getting in any further trouble.\r \r We left a message with the company's president regarding our situation....no reply.\r \r Bottom line...this company wants you to pay up front....so pray that they actually show up...because otherwise, you are out of luck....\r \r OR...EVEN BETTER....DEAL WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY...\r \r I do not like writing negative reviews, but if this can save someone else what we had to go through, then it is worth it.\r \r God bless. What a great experience. Our organization needed a last minute charter bus rental service and we contacted USA Bus Charter. They were friendly, reasonable and most of all made our last minute trip happen. The charter bus was nice and clean and our driver was awesome. I would not hesitate to refer everyone I know to USA Bus Charter. We will be using their service again soon because we have offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and New York. Thanks again for the great service in Phoenix. Pros: Easy to deal with, affordable and very reliable. Cons: Company requires payment in advance. more
