I rcvd flowers from university florist today. The flowers were gorgeous but their customer service and delivery was disappointing. the flowers were supposed to arrive in the morning but did not get to me till 2pm. My husband had to chase after them to find out where the flowers were. When i finally got them, some of the flowers were bruised so the florist agreed to send me another arrangement. I received cut flowers from University florist and half of them were dead the next morning. They were a mixture of roses, hydrangeas, glads, and greenery. The glads and hydrangeas were all wilted the next morning - very disappointing. more

Ignore the last review. If $100 is too expensive for a bouquet on Valentine's Day, head over to one of the delis in the area, get roses for $20 and deliver them yourself. University Florist is my absolute favorite. My boyfriend has sent me countless, gorgeous arrangements from University. The first time he sent me flowers, he didn't know what to send, so he spoke with someone there. All he said is I liked pink and loved roses. Rather than throwing a dozen pink roses in a vase, they concoted a beautiful arrangement of light pink roses, fuschia peonies and snapdragons (I was so glad there were no carnations - can you say cheap filler?). The flowers are always fresh and the bouquets look like something out of a classy wedding magazine. ordered a dozen roses for Valentine's Day. The flowers were beautiful, but the cost was laughable. $80 for twelve flowers, plus $10 delivery.
