Ignore the last review. If $100 is too expensive for a bouquet on Valentine's Day, head over to one of the delis in the area, get roses for $20 and deliver them yourself.
University Florist is my absolute favorite. My boyfriend has sent me countless, gorgeous arrangements from University. The first time he sent me flowers, he didn't know what to send, so he spoke with someone there. All he said is I liked pink and loved roses. Rather than throwing a dozen pink roses in a vase, they concoted a beautiful arrangement of light pink roses, fuschia peonies and snapdragons (I was so glad there were no carnations - can you say cheap filler?). The flowers are always fresh and the bouquets look like something out of a classy wedding magazine. Take my word, cause I'm a tough cookie to please. :)
Pros: exquisite arrangement, helpful florists
