Dawn was quick and with sending apartment listing and following up with me. She made it very simple to set up movers with Lori. The movers were great!! The were nice and professional. Awesome company 1/11/2011

This is an awesome company. The properties that they gave me were the best. In less than two weeks, we found our townhome and we received a free move. The only out of pocket costs was $24. The movers were awesome. Fantastic. I think it was only a 2 hour move. Dawn and the U Move crew made our move the best. They kept in close contact to make sure nothing went wrong. I even received a follow up call after our move. I definitely will use them again if we move. I already referred two friends. more

Great Service! 12/28/2010

I prefer doing things myself due to lack of dependability and consistancy from previous service providers, but due to personal reasons I wasn't unable to look for an apartment this time. So, I did a quick search and found Elizabeth @ UMOVEFREE. She actually listen to what I was looking for and got back with me on same/following day, and even on weekends! Talk about GREAT customer service! Elizabeth have awesome qualities that I value most in customer service, listening and performing! Great Move Experience! 10/21/2010

I used Dawn and was extremely pleased with my experience. She was helpful and responsive to emails. On the day of the move, the movers arrived when they said they would and were careful, yet quick, with all of my belongings. They moved everything for me and were great. Outstanding Service Quality 9/27/2010

Good: Dawn was awesome! She treated me like a friend, not just a customer. She made sure that I found something in my price range, location, and that met my personal criteria.. Bad: While the movers with UMoveFree were great (fast, friendly), I felt like UMoveFree had too many restrictions on how many boxes they can move and what they can and can't move (my piano and grill were on the "don't move" list).. Improvements: Apartment ratings would be great. I had to keep going between UMoveFree.com and ApartmentRatings.com to narrow down my Favorites list.. Other: Dawn - You were so great! My husband and I used Dawn Albrecht to find our apartment. We had previously used another agency and did not like it at all, so this time we were hesitant to use a company to help us. When we found UMOVEFREE, we told our agent what we wanted in our new apartment home, and they started working on helping us almost immediately. It was great, Dawn was always upbeat and we found a great place to live within our financial means, just like she told us we could. We just recently moved out and are now starting the home buying process, but we do want to thank everyone for the help and honesty that the company has. UMoveFree - Excellent Customer Service and Quick Move 7/19/2010

Good: The customer service and the ease of all my possessions being moved in a timely manner.. Bad: There was not anything that I did not like.. Improvements: Possibly having a third mover to ease things up. The 2 men that moved my furniture were very exhausted after they were done.. Great experience 7/9/2010

This was my first time using a locator service and it was great. Dawn Albrecht was very responsive, even staying in contact with me when she went out of town. Her follow-up was always timely and it helped the whole process run more smoothly. The movers had a mechanical failure (the truck broke down on the way to the move) but the move coordinator stepped in and arranged an alternate form me and all went well. Our move was looking dim and after we were shot down by one complex, Dawn quickly saved the day. She never gave up and she went well beyond the extra mile to help us find and settle into a place that was more than what we hoped for. Our movers came, they took our stuff away, and it arrived at our new home. NEVER has a move been so easy for our family!! more

I love Umovefree 5/24/2010

I used to hate moving and would even stay at an apartment complex longer than I wanted to go avoid it. Not anymore! Tess Harden from Umovefree made my move so easy. Not only did she find me a great apartment with all of my requirements in thew area I wanted, she arranged for my move to be free which saved me so much money I needed. I'll use Ms. Harden to help me relocate anytime I need it again. The movers were fast and courteous. They even finished my move when it started raining without ruining any of my stuff! They hustled to meet the estimated time. That's customer service. more
