This was my first time using a locator service and it was great. Dawn Albrecht was very responsive, even staying in contact with me when she went out of town. Her follow-up was always timely and it helped the whole process run more smoothly. The movers had a mechanical failure (the truck broke down on the way to the move) but the move coordinator stepped in and arranged an alternate form me and all went well.
