Good: Dawn was awesome! She treated me like a friend, not just a customer. She made sure that I found something in my price range, location, and that met my personal criteria.. Bad: While the movers with UMoveFree were great (fast, friendly), I felt like UMoveFree had too many restrictions on how many boxes they can move and what they can and can't move (my piano and grill were on the "don't move" list).. Improvements: Apartment ratings would be great. I had to keep going between UMoveFree.com and ApartmentRatings.com to narrow down my Favorites list.. Other: Dawn - You were so great!
