Ultra Nails

This place is quite GOOD! I've been meaning to write a review for this shop, and the previous comment really ticked me off--it really does not do this place justice. I don't know how it was in 2006, but I went there last week and felt it was great. True, the service is a little faster than I expected, but it was only neccessary since the place was packing with customers. They not only did it fast, they did well, which surprise me the most since I'm a picky type. The service is NOT bad, the staff is friendly and they will help you as soon as they can. Overall, I think this place is a great place to relax and get your nails done. Note: if you do go, don't go on a SUNDAY as most of their proffesionals have that day off, and you'll ended up rushing or waiting--just a note. more

WHAT A RIP OFF! THEY NEED SOME TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF YOU WANT POOR SERVICE AND LIKE TO THROW YOUR MONEY/TIME AWAY THIS IS THE PLACE. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF. IF THE SHOP HAS MANY DISCOUNTS AND THEY ARE ALL SITTING AROUND BORED WAITING FOR YOU TO COME IN, THAT SHOULD BE A SIGN! KEEP ON DRIVING! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE IN FORT WORTH! Pros: NONE!
