If you think you are getting a complimentary air filter think again. This company is a big rip off. All they think about is your money Last time They sold me an air filter box for 1200 dollars. This time They said I had to have a anti mold devise for 2000 dollars. And when I said no way he tried to charge me 89 dollars for a air filter that was supposed to be complimentary This complimentary air filter is a big gimmick . I will never ever deal with this company again more

All I'm saying is beware of trained sales reps pretending to be service people. If someone is trying to sell something that you dont think you need or didnt know you need, this is a sales rep. If your a/c or heat is broken thats one thing but if someone shows up at your house and all of a sudden you need to buy something, you're dealing with a trained sales rep. Why would a company say they are sending a maintenance person if in fact your really getting a sales rep. use your own judgement and dont give away your hard earned money for crap you dont need or want. more

This is the best company in town. i have had them for years and they explain everything...plus their techs are well trained! They incessantly strive to make sure everything is running to perfection! I will buy my next unit from them for sure!!!! more

As first time homeowners my fiance and I decided to ring the people who had placed a sticker on our unit to have them repair the a/c. (We don't live together by the way - that's important for me to say it) So they come out and we ended up buying a new system for about 5,000.00. Then they had to review the work but the workers kept messing up and not doing it properly causing the inspector to come out SEVERAL times. Recently they came out for a check up and told me that our warrenty wouldn't be valid unless I had the coils cleaned in the Unit and that would cost me 400.00 and I thought, okay I can pay that or my fiance and I can split it. So no big deal, right? Wrong! They took advantage of me because I know nothing on A/C's but stuff like cars and such I do; so they said I would need to install this 1200.00 light to keep the coils cleaned at least cleaned enough to keep the machine running smoothly and thus if I didn't clean them the warrenty would be voided. So I panicked and said yes - stupid me. I didn't want the warrenty to go bad on a brand new 5,000 machine! Really don't call these people; they cheat you out of money. My mother-in-law got a bigger machine for 3,500. What a rip off! more
