All I'm saying is beware of trained sales reps pretending to be service people. If someone is trying to sell something that you dont think you need or didnt know you need, this is a sales rep. If your a/c or heat is broken thats one thing but if someone shows up at your house and all of a sudden you need to buy something, you're dealing with a trained sales rep. Why would a company say they are sending a maintenance person if in fact your really getting a sales rep. use your own judgement and dont give away your hard earned money for crap you dont need or want.
