When You tell someone that your going to show-up and does not even call to tell me that you just can't come. Not lie and call me and swear up and down that you came when you hung the papers on my door saying that maybe they blew away. If anytime the papers should have blown off was on the first day when it was storming and trugreen sprayed my yard in the rain and it was super-windy on that day. But no wind no rain on the day that I took off to meet with Trugreen to spray my back yard on Thu and knowone called knowone even showed-up. I wasted my money waiting all day and not a soul called or came by.I pre-paid for the year and I think thats why they never cared is because oh well they will see us when ever just keep trugreens service. But no I don't play that way.You show-up or I will get a refund and get someone that will show-up and not lie. Look you can't afford me thats why I am mad at this trugreen because they think that I have per-paid for the year so they can jerk me around thinking it will just blow over.Sorry I don't have the time to play games.Trugreen said on Monday they acted as if nothing went wrong called me as if they can keep me as a customer they should have thought about showing-up on Thu. I am weathly and if I tell you the moon is fallen out the sky don't go and look because it is.This was at my request for trugreen and I to meet on Thu and I waited all day and No paper no knock on the door as the tech said he did. I think the tech needs fired. In my profession if a worker does not call does not show-up for work in my world its called a ""no-show"" and he/she is fired.When this tech did not show-up no papers on my door no calling me to tell me oh I am sorry I was sick or better then that his dog dies.O well he is a pre-paid I will take care of him on Monday.This person or this trugreen needs to know that this is disrespect from the tech calling Thu night up in too Sunday night.To save this from happening again I Deleted my account from trugreen and ask for a refund the end of the story.
