I just got back from the best car experience I've ever had. I found a porche online and went to check it out. Jeff helped me look at the car and went over all of the information with me, such as the history, service work they had performed and overall condition. Scotty, their Porsche tech was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to discuss the mechanics of the car as well as future service needs. To make sure I was making the right decision I looked at a couple of other cars on their lot. Jeff was very patient with me when i was looking at all of the cars and test driving them too. Triangle Imports is the best. Even my son loved the classic cars in the showroom, and on the way out I heard ""I want to buy my first car here daddy"" Thanks guys!!!! more

I needed to sell my car and I didn't have the time to handle myself. I found Triangle Imports did consignment sales and gave it a shot. They cover all aspects from cleaning the car to posting the car on multiple sites. I worked with Jeff who handled everything and it sold less than a week! It was the best car experience I had! more

My 1st car buying experience! 4/17/2012

I bought my first car a few weeks ago and cannot thank Triangle Imports enough for helping me through it! I had lots of questions while I decided between 2 completely different cars. They were so patient with me and I never felt like I was being pushed to purchase, instead felt like they really had my best interest! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Wonderful service and best car buying experience had! 4/17/2012

Went to Triangle Imports with a specific car in mind and Jeff was extremely helpful and absolutely great to work with! The entire car buying experience was easy and Jeff handled everything right there on the spot. They gave me a great price and the car is beautiful and in excellent condition. It's refreshing to work with a Saleman that makes you feel like a valued customer. If you want to have a great buying experience and service go to Triangle Imports and talk to Jeff. They are the reason why people hate used cars salesman 4/13/2012

I went and test drove a car there last month. The car looked to be ok, and the first test drive went fine. I showed up the next day, with cash in hand. I decided I would take the car for one more spin, just to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The car literally fell apart. Things on the inside were falling apart, and then the engine blew. I limped the car back to the shop, where I was eventually told a valve had busted, and that it would be fixed tomorrow. This was a month ago and they still have not communicated with me. I even called twice to find out the deal, and was thanked for my patience, and then never heard back. I even asked to deal with another salesman, and still received no word. Thank the Lord that pos blew up before I bought it! more

Sold me a lemon 3/9/2012

From the day I bought this car there were issues, on the way home I had no headlights. they thankfully fixed those. But there have been numerous issues with the car. Broken glove box the was rigged, I paid for the parts for this. Brake lights coming on in the middle of the night. I paid for parts and labor for these repairs. And then the car started throwing P codes. They lied to me about what the codes said even though I have my own scanner and had read the codes. I now have a car I can not been drive until another $2000 in repairs. I was not able to drive even 4,000 miles since buying it from them. Dean in service has been rude from day one and does not know the law. I could not get the parts replaced for the $400 I just spent without it being fixed, nor was there an itemized listing of the parts used, also law. Then they decided I had to pay cash to pick up the car. I left and came back and they had altered the invoice to say I did not request the parts. RUN AWAY from these guys. They are the stereotypical used car dealership. Even though they claim the service and car lot are separate business' more

Solved the unsolvable!!! 7/8/2011

Had problems with my van chugging and sputtering. Took it to the mechanic we had been going to, recommended by a friend. He ""fixed"" it and we drove it to find we still had the same problem. He tried again, kept it two weeks, and still couldn't fix it. So we took it to the dealer. They wanted $500 to recheck everything that had been done. (they would refund if previous job checked out! I didn't trust them). So we drove down the road to Triangle Imports. I told them to keep it til they found the problem. The next day they called - problem solved! A mouse had built a nest in the air cleaner!! They actually took the top off and looked! Bottom line, the van works great and I'm very happy with the whole experience. Thanks guys! more

Excellent place to buy a used car. 4/23/2011

My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota from Travis at Triangle Imports and could not be happier with the experience. Travis was completely honest and professional. Working with them was fast and easy. The car itself was an incredible find. They clearly have a good eye for solid, reliable car. This car is in incredibly good condition and I'm glad they were able to spot it and offer it for sale. more

Tom and his team have always been honest, fair and are by far the best auto shop I've taken my cars too. I would and have HIGHLY recommended their shop to friends and clients and they have all been just as pleased. more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! 10/27/2010

I took my car to Tom at Triangle Imports for over a year. To make a long story short - he deceived us and lied to us regarding the repairs done to my vehicle. When were told to pick up the car, he and a technician were still working on it - this leads me to believe it was NEVER test driven as it should have been. My car overheated and now I'm paying for a $16,000 engine and another car due to their mishaps. We are pursuing a lawsuit against them under Fair and Deceptive Practices and we will see that justice is served. I would NEVER send anyone to this Business - very, very shady. **As per another unhappy consumer below, they had a F rating with the BBB and now it's changed???? Go figure and all of the recent RAVE reviews for this Business is that they are soooo great - right? Check the dates - I can't help to believe these are friends, co-workers and family members that have been ""asked"" to provide a rave review... As Tom always says - I find this comical... more

Great Job Guys!! 10/12/2010

I am also a car dealer here in the Raleigh area and while we operate in direct competition on a daily basis with Triangle Imports, I can honestly say that they are one of the ""good guys"" in the business. As a dealer myself, I understand that in this business people are quick to blame the dealer when they are not 100% happy with their ""new"" car. In reality, buyer's remorse is no excuse for attempting to denigrate someone's business. I will continue to do referrals to Mike and the guys and I am thankful to them for doing the same for my business. Continue making the used car business look good guys!! more

Great car from a great dealer 9/3/2010

I bought an E class Mercedes from Triangle Imports and have had nothing but a great experience. Mike and Jeff were instrumental in helping me pick out the vehicle. After the sale, I have used Triangle for all of my service needs. They have one of the top mechanics in the state (Scott Graves) and he has always been able to assist with service for this and my other vehicles. Keep up the good work. more

Both my wife and I have purchased vehicles from Mike and Jeff at Triangle imports. We loved the Murano and the Toyota. When I had a minor problem with the Toyota, the service department was responsive and quick. They diagnosed an issue others had missed. If you want to purchase a used vehicle...these cars are top of the line, like the team at Triangle Imports. more

I've had excellent experience from the team at TI for 7+ years. The folks up there (Mike, Jeff, Tom, etc.) work hard to make sure I'm happy...and most importantly, they've made sure to do the same for the many friends and collegues that I've sent to TI over the years.\r \r They know me, they know my car(s), and always do their very best to get whatever I need done within the timeframe I need.\r \r These guys run a solid business with integrity and I have no hesitation recommending TI to anyone. more

Great To Deal With... 3/3/2010

My husband and I have never bought used before, but stopped by one day last week to see what they had. The salesman Jeff was so nice and spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. I had no idea the whole process could go so smoothly! I trust these guys now and will definitely purchase from them again when we give my husband's car to our son next fall. Thanks! People you can trust! 11/8/2009

I am a female, and if I have learned anything, I have learned that mechanics will take advantage of that. Fortunately I know enough about cars to know if someone is trying to steal my money. Unfortunately I am not a mechanic, and can't do all the work on my car. That is why I go to Triangle Imports. I cannot vouch for EVERYONE there, but I personally know several of the mechanics. And I would let my car fall apart before I allowed anyone but them to touch my car! more

Great Vehicle Service/Great Customer Service 8/29/2009

I had taken my vehicle to Leith for about 3 years. At the end of my warranty terms I needed a new home for my vehicle service. I gave Triangle Imports a chance and they absolutely did an amazing job. They were professional and courtious, they knew what they were talking about. They gave me times to make decisions on what I wanted to get fixed. They gave me an estimate which was right on. BONUS: Rental car while my vehicle was with them...THAT WAS GREAT...and to top it all off they washed my vehicle beautifully. This Is The WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! 6/18/2009

I put in an offer for the car, They said and I qoute ""the onlything not serious is your offer"" They simply laughed at me a serious customer.... The failed to answer any of my questions and did it by e-mail. I think they deserve this review considering a lot of people check reviews... HEAR ME NOW!!!! This place is not worth your time! They took such great of me! 6/13/2009

I really need some major work done on my 2005 X5. I couldn' t afford to do everything at once. Tom worked out a plan and made sure I got the serious and safety issues remedied first and a plan to finish the rest. Having the loaner car kept me on track at work and the job was done on time!! Thank again Tom and to your guys too! Pros: They made everything work within my budget Cons: None really more
