Worst

Recently had a cut and color at Treat - I will never go back there! The team lacks skill and they are rude. . . overpriced. I love Aveda products but I will start buying them so...

Treat 4/12/2006

I went to Treat thinking it would be a typical Aveda spa.. you know really nice. But I was so disappointed. The technician gave me a nice massage, but that was all. The guy that cut my hair, Jonathon, was awful. He chopped my hair too much and he did not know how to flat iron. It was so frizzy. He was really "fake nice" too. He seemedvery distracted with the other hairstylists and clients. It was a truly awful experience. And they charge me such an outrageous price.. 130 dollars for a bad haircut. That is one place that I will never visit again. And I hope no one else does either. Unless you are looking for somewhere to mess up your hair and then overcharge you for doing it. more

Not so Bad 10/31/2005

I went to get a haircut at Treat about a few weeks ago. It was highly recommended by one of my friends so I decided to give it a try. This experience was one that I would not recommend to anyone. The people are nice enough. I mean I was treated to a cute little white robe and a fun foot massage. But after that, it was not great. I did not like the person that cut my hair. he was supposed to be one of their best and he did a terrible job. And it was very overpriced. He barely knew hot to flat iron my hair. Overall it was an experience that I would definitely skip. more

Treat 10/21/2005

I was really disappointed when I went to Treat to get my hair cut and styled. I was expecting it to be like a true Aveda Experience, but it was far from it. Jonathon cut my hair. I told him just a trim, but he really chopped it off. And I wanted him to flat iron. In the middle of doing my hair, he passed me along to a newbie and cut someone else's hair. I did not appreciate that. And my hair was no where near straight. it was so frizzy and he would not fix it. I went home and did a better job with my own flat iron. Very disappointing. more
