I was really disappointed when I went to Treat to get my hair cut and styled. I was expecting it to be like a true Aveda Experience, but it was far from it. Jonathon cut my hair. I told him just a trim, but he really chopped it off. And I wanted him to flat iron. In the middle of doing my hair, he passed me along to a newbie and cut someone else's hair. I did not appreciate that. And my hair was no where near straight. it was so frizzy and he would not fix it. I went home and did a better job with my own flat iron. Very disappointing.
