My girlfriend's transmission went out in her Toyota. (Valerie) I shopped many repair shops after getting a diagnosis from Mr. Transmission. Mr. Transmission diagnoses the problem correctly and didn't give me the run around like 99% of most other repair shops. Mr. Thomas Sims, the manager, provided excellent customer service. Our truck broke down on a road trip, and Thomas came to our rescue. We lost a clutch in traffic, and we were able to get it the three blocks to Thomas' shop. He did everything to expedite the process and even drove us to a hotel in his personal vehicle after closing time. We feel very lucky to have broken down so near his shop, and will recommend him to our family in the Houston area. more

I can honestly say I was shocked with my experience with them. You know when you think of car repair shops, that grease coverd guy, with a cigarette in his mouth, and the "What do you want?!?" attitude come into place? Well this was far from it. The gentle man that help me was very nice, and welcoming to me and my son (Who is 6 and FASCINATED with cars). Even though my son was asking a million questions per second (What kinda car is that one? Whats wrong with that one?) he was more than happy to answer all of them with a smile. After they diagnosed my car and gave me a quote, I talked it over with my husband and decieded to give him the green light with the repairs. I got my car back in about 2 and 1/2 days. It ran perfectly. I brought it back in around 200 miles later for a check up. Everything was a-ok! This was a great experience.
