Superb Job. Excellent Workmanship. A+ 11/16/2010

I called for a price and was told that ""You will find other transmission shops that will do it cheaper"". SO I called around and did find 2 other shops that would do it cheaper. Then I started to think. why are the other shops only doing a 1 year warranty and The Transmission Clinic has a 3 year warranty. For the $200 difference I went with these guys and my jeep has NEVER shifted better. I would highly recommend. more

Then I started to think. why are the other shops only doing a 1 year warranty and The Transmission Clinic has a 3 year warranty. Fastest Transmission Repair Ever 9/16/2010

Took my H3 hummer in on Wends morning and picked it up by 5pm on the same day. Not the cheapest in town but had the best warranty. Called and got a quote and was exactly what I was told. more

Terrible Transmission Repair 7/12/2010

Terrible communication, wouldn't give a price quote or estimated time of completion. Ended up charging WAY more than expected and it took A MONTH of us calling for updates every day or two before they finally finished our car. Now there's an internal problem with the transmission and they're trying to tell us it's not covered by our warranty even though we've consulted other mechanics and they all say it definitely is. The transmission specialist knows what he's doing, but the business and customer service are terrible. STAY AWAY! Pros: Transmission specialist knows what he's talking about Cons: Terrible customer service, no communication, expensive more
