Terrible communication, wouldn't give a price quote or estimated time of completion. Ended up charging WAY more than expected and it took A MONTH of us calling for updates every day or two before they finally finished our car. Now there's an internal problem with the transmission and they're trying to tell us it's not covered by our warranty even though we've consulted other mechanics and they all say it definitely is. The transmission specialist knows what he's doing, but the business and customer service are terrible. STAY AWAY!
