I went there on a group date Saturday night. The Team Ludicrous was perfect for our group! Unlimited access to the activities (BATTING CAGES ROCK!!), pizza and drinks, Dippin Dots...

The best thing I can say about Trafalga is that my kids have fun when they go there. I guess that’s the whole point, but my husband and I get frustrated. It is definitely over-p...

Ghetto. That's how I describe this place to friends. First of all, a group of us had bought the Pass of All Passes and you're supposed to experience all the facilities for free. What a joke. They wanted to charge us money to use the batting cages...umm...but eventually we got a staff member to let us play for free. Wasn't worth it--the balls kept getting stuck in the thing that shoots 'em out. AND, in order for it to be fixed, we had to go to the go-kart area to get an employee over there to come to the batting cages to fix the ball. This happened about three times. Eventually we gave up on batting. So, we tried the go-karts. There were only about ten people in line before us, but it took OVER an hour to eventually drive! Insane! There were only 3 working cars! I guess if you enjoy mini-golf, you may like the inside course. But don't play the outside course at night...there are no working lights out there--you'd be golfing blindy. Oh, and with my Pass of All Passes, I was supposed to get $15 worth of food. Guess what, they want to charge $3 tax on the food. Ridiculous. more

NEW MANAGEMENT and UPGRADED ATTRACTIONS! 8/19/2008

I would like to state that the new management is revolutionizing the quality of all around excellence. Eric Farmer, the general manager has been involved with improving fun centers around the valley. Having been hired only a month ago, his improvement to the place is phenomenal. Customer service has improved drastically, partially related to new staff and upgrading attractions. I had a great time, and have seen the vast improvement that has already occurred, and can't wait to see it in another two or three months! Pros: Improving by the second. New, friendly, upbeat staff. Cons: Early in remodeling process more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/5/2008

Checked the web site for opening time - 11:00am. Showed up at 11 after driving 30 minutes to get there. Asked to use the batting catches for my 11 year old son as baseball season is just starting up. Was told no come back at noon. I indicated that we had ball practice as 12:15pm and that wouldn't work. A smart worker suggested to the manager that another employee could go help us. Again no. I asked to talk to the manger and was informed that the one how only can say NO was the manager. Great I thought, a 16 year old with authority. I was surprised that he could pull himself away from the computer to say - "NO", or even look up. I asked to talk to the boss. Again no. I asked again if there was any chance to use the batting cages, because of our schedule. Again no. Perhaps this is one of the reasons Trafalga is struggling. Based on the empty parking lot, our measly $20 would have at least covered wages of the three employees I saw, because there were no other customers there. We might be back, but only as a last resort. I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior. Cons: Managers lack of customer care more

We actually go here every year. It is alot of fun and good priced but in some serious need of TLC its not a site to see at all! If we were to find something similar and in better shape we would stop going here. Pros: Activities are fun, good priced Cons: Old, run down, needs a clean up more

I had a great time at Trafalga. Aside from the great customer service, we had a ton of fun driving the brand new go-karts. We got an awesome deal on all the activities Pros: New Go-karts, new turf, new arcade games Cons: the girl at the counter wouldn't give me her number more
