Overall, great experience. =) 6/19/2014

Abel was nice, to the point, and efficient. He was able to get us the exact Prius we were looking for and took us for test drive to make sure it's what we really wanted. He also got us started on the application process and had us ready to go with finance office in less than 30 minutes. Ivis definitely knew what he was doing as well. He went through every page we signed and answered all the questions I asked. They did their due diligence and offered a few add-on items. However, we didn't get any hard time for saying no. We got the Black Friday special as promised and expected. Overall, great experience. =) more

It was honestly the best car buying experience 6/2/2014

I purchased my first vehicle from Toyota of Riverside back in 2005. It was honestly the best car buying experience I'd ever had. Dennis Mott was the car salesman and let me tell you, he really made me feel so comfortable with the purchase. As a first time buyer (even when buying a used car) you are all kinds of things: scared, nervous and excited. The Toyota of Riverside staff made certain that it was an exciting experience. The deal was finished around midnight and even with it being so late they all came outside to clap for me as I got into my "new" car. An experience I will never forget!! more

The staff was very helpful 4/25/2014

We went to look for a new ride since we were ready for an upgrade. I just want to say that the staff was very helpful, especially Ian. He was very knowledgeable, nice and made our experience very pleasant. He took his time to answer all the questions we had and was very patient with us. more

Love this Dealership 8/22/2007

I have purchased 4 cars from T of R!!! They are an excellent dealership both in sales AND service!!! Many of my friends have purchased there also! I have NEVER had any problems and they have always made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely buy there in the future.....Don more

large selection 9/11/2005

the salesman that helped me was definitely pushy but i had previously looked and knew what i wanted. he gave me every possibility available and didnt hide anything. he began to tell me his story of his first corolla. rather funny but the process took awhile cause he wanted me to be happy with my car. i love it til now and have not any problem with it as of yet... more

Lots of toyotas 8/16/2005

This place has a large amount of toyotas. I was looking to buy a silver 2005 camry and they had one ready to go. I decided to continue looking however as the sales man was way to pushy. I do not like to jump into something as big as a new car purshace right away and he did not respect that. Overall, the rest of the men there were rather friendly. The selection was large so if you want a toyota, you may find it here. more
