Staff are great and caring,,, my problem is when they ask for ID and Insurance card they need to make a copy of it or already have the copy of them on files an not have to give it to them every time you have and appointment at Tower Diagnostic Center, return it back on the spot and not wait to call the patient and give it back to them, they lost/misplace my ID and Insurance card and they have no ideal where they put it at, still have not gotten my ID or Insurance card back, and no call from them if they found my ID and Insurance card they lost/misplaced
