I bring my children here to see Dr. Avalonne Morgan and the waiting room has never been dirty when I went and Dr. Morgan is very knowledgable and my kids and I are very comfortable with her. I sure hate to see a bad review for them because I have had nothing but positive results from this doctor. She is very thorough and always does what is neccisary to diagnose the problem. Then she will always take it a step further just to be sure. Then she always explains to me what she is doing and why. She never talks down to me like other doctors have a tendency of doing, but she always explains things in a way that can be easily understood. I absolutly love this doctor. more

The waiting room was dirty and uncomfortable. I had girls with the flu and had to wait over an hour to be seen. The staff was slow and busy laughing and visiting with each other. Dr. Watson was nice and professional but she forgot to give me a doctors note for the girls. I absolutely needed the doctors note so I called and requested it be faxed to me. After numerous calls and many promises, I have not received anything after two days of waiting. The last time I called, the person I'd been talking with casually said ""Oh yeah, I didn't get to it yet, I'll do it later."" UGH! If you have a choice, do not take your kids here. There are much better children's clinics out there. I never write reviews but had to let other parents know so they could avoid all the trouble.
