My Subzero refrigerator 4/29/2011

I recommend this company. I called because over Easter my SUBZERO refrigerator went down and within 24 hours they were out and had the unit repaired. The repairman was friendly and neat. I will never use anyone else. more

SAVED ME OVER $100.00!!! 3/1/2010

I was having a problem with my SubZero Refrigerator and I looked online and located Total Appliance. I called them and a man was able to help me over the phone without an appointment. It saved me over $100.00. He was very helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future for all my appliance needs. Pros: Helpful tips and nice more

I have had about 8 service calls over the past few years and always have the best service men. I have had 3 different men over the years and they are always nice and helpful- and my wife thinks they are very neat and clean. The office is always helpful when we call and offer helpful tips over the phone. Got things worked out 2/25/2010

I had a problem with them because I felt they were charging me too much. I called twice and talked to 2 different people and they were not much help. However, the manager called me back and apologized for the confusion and we were able to sort it out. more
