This was quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I had two different technicians out in a week?s time, and neither correctly identified the problem. The first technician performed a leak test, didnt find and leaks, capped off my system, refilled the refrigerant, and within a day the system wasnt working again. The second technician recommended about $800 in repairs, and believed my issue was an air flow problem. He turned the system back on and told me that I should be able to stay at my house until the unit could be fully repaired. The system froze up within a day.\r

When I tried to discuss with management (I was concerned they hadnt correctly identified the problem), they argued with me, didnt apologize, and told me they had correctly identified the problem.
